Denotation: There is some text with colourful images behind each letter set around a pack shot of the product itself. The background appears to be warm and mesmerising .

Connotation: The advert builds on the slogan for Sensations ‘Get the Sensation’. The connotation of the colour suggests that Sensations are tasteful, for example they use jewel tones tells us that the product is an expensive due to the colour that is ranked up, this gives 
a positive experience to the audience. The colours are dark and warm in the background creates connotations of flying – this suggests to the audience that this is an inspiring product that we can eat. 

Analysis: The advert helps the audience understand the product as the colours reflect the actual Sensations themselves. In addition, the text across the bottom of the advert (referring to a ‘A FEAST FOR THE SENSES’) uses humour to connect with the audience and suggests the brand wants to represent different flavours to draw the audience to taste different sensation's . This adds to the positive, phenomenal brand values that are suggested by the construction of the advert 'sensations'.
